We got new tires financed last December. Recently had our break changes somewhere else. Found out the crossed threaded 3 bolts and they broke off. Called them up explained what happened. Labor isn't free which is understandable but the rectified the situation and replaced all 3 bolts at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. It is busy here so make sure you make an appointment
