We are so very happy with our home renovation! From start to finish, the Seapointe team did an excellent job making our vision a reality. Our renovation journey began about a year ago when we had another slab leak in our 43 year old home. This prompted us to get our whole house re-piped. As you can imagine, there… Read full review

Sea Pointe proved to be an excellent all in one design/ build company. Would recommend for anyone in need of A-Z design to build services. We went to Sea Pointe 6/21 for a home addition and remodel. They estimated $500k-$700k so we paid $4,100 for design and feasibility on 7/14/21. They then estimated $1.2 million and said without the addition, the project would go below the original estimate (which was better for our budget). So we removed it and paid… Read full review

We were in the process of searching for companies that would be able to assist us with a full kitchen remodel in the Spring of 2022. During our search, we randomly received an informational letter in the mail from Sea Pointe which included some information about their design-build service - it was perfect timing.… Read full review

We are so happy with the whole remodel experience with SeaPoint. Our design consultant Scott was amazing. He was able to take our somewhat muddled ideas of what we wanted and translate them into tangible results. He found us beautiful ‘just released’ Italian tiles and a slab of beautiful quartzite that elevated… Read full review

SeaPointe just completed my master suite renovation, so I am updating my previous review that I wrote at the halfway point. The process was flawless and the results impeccable. What was, a mere 4 months ago, an outdated, dingy 80s bathroom is now a serene sanctuary with a calming color palette and elegant details.… Read full review

Sea Pointe Review I am delighted to provide a review of our experience with Sea Pointe. They performed a remodel of our Master Bathroom and I could not be happier with the result. We have used Sea Pointe twice in the past 6 years for remodeling projects in the primary bedroom and bath and the kitchen. They are the best! This month we upgraded the micro and needed the cabinet size adjusted. I was hesitant to call them for such a small thing. Jack and Pat did an amazing job exactly when we needed it done.

We are so glad we selected Sea Pointe to help us design and remodel our kitchen and entire downstairs living area. The entire process has been so smooth, professional, prompt, communicative and their work across the board has been solid. Our designer Jacqueline was the best. She was able to capture the look we… Read full review

We could not have picked a better company or team to tackle our first renovation. We gutted our kitchen, removed a wall and remodeled our powder room + laundry room. SeaPointe is number one in my book. They did an amazing job with a difficult home. They helped to keep the 70's vibe and update it. I am so happy. Thanks to all of the people who worked so hard to prefect my remodel. Jack, Marcos, Roger, Pat, Cody, Aaron, Natalie, Jim and all the behind the scenes employees. You all rock!

SeaPointe has been great to work with. We were looking for a design and contractor one stop shop for our kitchen and home remodel. More importantly, we were looking for a team that would not only help us build our dream home, but one that would do so efficiently from a financial and timing perspective. SeaPointe has… Read full review
