Sea Pointe Design & Remodel

This was our first ever remodel project which included a whole house remodel with the addition of a California Room that expanded our indoor space into an outdoor living and entertainment space. After consulting with a couple different remodel companies, we selected Sea Pointe. We were convinced Sea Pointe was a… Read full review

We were in the process of searching for companies that would be able to assist us with a full kitchen remodel in the Spring of 2022. During our search, we randomly received an informational letter in the mail from Sea Pointe which included some information about their design-build service - it was perfect timing.… Read full review

I choose Sea Pointe after attending a seminar. What I liked about them is the designer is part of the construction team, so you have a nice integration between the different phases of your project. Allison was our designer. She put together plans that incorporated our ideas beautifully. She even went helped us… Read full review

Sea Pointe recently completed a major renovation of my home, including the moving of walls, construction of new bathrooms and more. The value of Sea Pointe is in the integration of design, construction and management. It was nice to be somewhat hands-off while Sea Point managed all of the various subcontractors… Read full review

SeaPointe is number one in my book. They did an amazing job with a difficult home. They helped to keep the 70's vibe and update it. I am so happy. Thanks to all of the people who worked so hard to prefect my remodel. Jack, Marcos, Roger, Pat, Cody, Aaron, Natalie, Jim and all the behind the scenes employees. You all rock!

SeaPointe has been great to work with. We were looking for a design and contractor one stop shop for our kitchen and home remodel. More importantly, we were looking for a team that would not only help us build our dream home, but one that would do so efficiently from a financial and timing perspective. SeaPointe has… Read full review

5 Star rating to Sea Pointe Construction. Excellent work and excellent workmen. Professional, pleasant, courteous and always cleaned up and left everything spotless. Special kudos to: Juan, Christian, David, Josh, Marcos, and tilers, George and Antonio. Project Manager Sean Ryan is responsive and very easy to work with.

Sea Pointe Construction met and exceeded my expectations. The entire staff worked very hard and were very professional. My designer, Carolyn kept me in the loop every step of the way, and was a pleasure to work with. It was a wonderful experience, and I would hire them again for my next project!!

We are repeat Sea Pointe customers, certainly because of the superior workmanship and stunning results, but also because Sea Pointe treats us like family. Our designer, James Bailey, is a standout professional. Like he was during our first project in 2017, he was attentive, responsive, honest and instrumental in… Read full review

Jude York and his construction team from Seapointe did a great job remodeling our kitchen and baths. Sea Pointe did a fantastic job with our kitchen. We love it! The workers were first rate. Special shout out to Jorge who did the plumbing; Antonio with the backsplash; and Raul who did the flooring. The cabinets look great along with all the new appliances. Lighting is beautiful. Design layout turned out great. Everything first rate.

I highly recommend Sea Pointe Construction to anyone looking to do high quality customized upgrades or remodels to their home. We remodeled our kitchen that had some water damage and unsatisfying cabinetry from a "cookie cutter" home builder. Our process began with our lovely designer at Sea Pointe, Janna, who… Read full review

Sea Pointe successfully completed three remodeling projects for us (patio, kitchen, and two baths) within the past 18 months. We really appreciate and want to acknowledge the great workmanship and work ethic of the team, especially the design team of Ken Grider ( hated to see Ken move on, but Mike Hollander picked… Read full review

I highly recommend Sea Pointe Construction. Sea Pointe initially remodeled my master bathroom. Custom shower, framed and installed a pocket door, tile, counter and fixtures. The process was so smooth and end result so well done that I continued with the second phase of renovation. Sea Pointe renovated my office… Read full review
