Sea Pointe Design & Remodel

Sea Pointe Design and Remodel did an incredible job from design to completion of a brand new kitchen for us in Talega San Clemente. Jacqueline Fortezzo did a wonderful job leading us through the design process and handed that over to Patrick Rudolph to project management a fantastic remodel. The Sea Pointe team… Read full review

I'm very happy with my experience with Sea Pointe. I knew when considering a kitchen remodel I wanted to work with a designer, and Melissa really understood my vision from day one. My project manager, Marc, and the team of Ben, Rick, Adrian, and Jack did a fantastic job and were always on schedule or even ahead.… Read full review

We were delighted to learn that Johnny Propst would be our project manager. We are so very happy with our home renovation! From start to finish, the Seapointe team did an excellent job making our vision a reality. Our renovation journey began about a year ago when we had another slab leak in our 43 year old home. This prompted us to get our whole house re-piped. As you can imagine, there… Read full review

I am writing this review for Sea Pointe to reflect on the complete remodel of our 670 square feet condo unit. The project included a full overhaul of the kitchen, including new cabinets and appliances, the bedroom, and the bathroom with a beautiful new shower, along with new flooring installed throughout the entire… Read full review

22 years ago, Seapointe designed and built a new kitchen for us in our home. (And, five years later, two new bathrooms, a new deck, and a new powder-room.) We finally have to replace the SubZero refrigerator they originally installed, and we are working with their Warranty and Handyman service to get some new door… Read full review

This was our first ever remodel project which included a whole house remodel with the addition of a California Room that expanded our indoor space into an outdoor living and entertainment space. After consulting with a couple different remodel companies, we selected Sea Pointe. We were convinced Sea Pointe was a… Read full review

We went to Sea Pointe 6/21 for a home addition and remodel. They estimated $500k-$700k so we paid $4,100 for design and feasibility on 7/14/21. They then estimated $1.2 million and said without the addition, the project would go below the original estimate (which was better for our budget). So we removed it and paid… Read full review

We did a kitchen remodel minus cabinetry. We knew what we were looking for in the design and materials. We used Sea Point because our friends had a good experience with them. We worked with Aaron Grim, Cynthia Ortega, Jennie and Elias and they made it all come together. Absolutely love our new updated kitchen…..makes us happy.

We were in the process of searching for companies that would be able to assist us with a full kitchen remodel in the Spring of 2022. During our search, we randomly received an informational letter in the mail from Sea Pointe which included some information about their design-build service - it was perfect timing.… Read full review

I choose Sea Pointe after attending a seminar. What I liked about them is the designer is part of the construction team, so you have a nice integration between the different phases of your project. Allison was our designer. She put together plans that incorporated our ideas beautifully. She even went helped us… Read full review

Our remodeling adventure took place just prior to the start of the pandemic, July 2018 and we are exceedingly happy to have chosen Sea Pointe. My husband and I had wanted for many years to remodel and enlarge our tiny kitchen and create a great room concept to our tract home of 40 plus years. Researching the… Read full review

We could not have picked a better company or team to tackle our first renovation. We gutted our kitchen, removed a wall and remodeled our powder room + laundry room. Our designers Natalie and Aaron listened to our ideas and what we wanted/needed as a family of 6. They gave us new ideas and really just made the… Read full review

SeaPointe is number one in my book. They did an amazing job with a difficult home. They helped to keep the 70's vibe and update it. I am so happy. Thanks to all of the people who worked so hard to prefect my remodel. Jack, Marcos, Roger, Pat, Cody, Aaron, Natalie, Jim and all the behind the scenes employees. You all rock!

SeaPointe has been great to work with. We were looking for a design and contractor one stop shop for our kitchen and home remodel. More importantly, we were looking for a team that would not only help us build our dream home, but one that would do so efficiently from a financial and timing perspective. SeaPointe has… Read full review
