Customers frequently praise the company for punctual service, thorough explanations of roofing and gutter issues, and professional cleanup after installation. Recurring themes include friendly communication and staff who provide detailed inspections without pushing unnecessary repairs. However, low-star reviews indicate a pattern of missed appointments, delayed project timelines, and significant discrepancies between initial estimates and final costs, particularly when financing is involved.

Most knowledgeable sales person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Additionally exceptionally kind and so easy to communicate with. You are a very very lucky company to have him working for you. What ever you are paying him it's NOT ENOUGH!! Would love to have accepted his proposal, and he preformed a AAA effort very professional!! My finances just didn't fit the proposal. Just to let you know I learned more than I ever thought I could or would learn about roofing and will go forward with that information. Sorry we couldn't work together but it was my pleasure just to meet a wonderful person like you!!!

I would definitely recommend Seamless Exterior to anyone looking to replace their roof. The workers were very nice and pleasant communicators. Calley explained everything in detail. They were here just to replace the roof and found that my soffits were broken and other stuff needed to be fixed in my roof and hey, they went ahead and took care of everything. They did everything in one day. I was very pleased with the work they did I was very pleased with all the people that came to my house to fix my roof.
