I rarely write reviews but the service I've received at Seamless Skin, MD has been nothing but exceptional. All the staff, Jessica, Allia, Jessie, and Marie, are excellent at what they do and so pleasant to work with. Keisha Laskie is a top notch skin care clinician. She is attentive and kind and her clinical judgement and skills are simply the best. In a business where trust is a key factor, Seamless Skin is a standout. Try them, you can't go wrong!

My mom and I had a very negative experience with this clinic and have since stopped going entirely. For a long time, seeing all the 5-star reviews made me feel intimidated to speak up or post a negative comment, but after everything that happened, I am still furious and feel compelled to finally share our experience.
My mother went in for treatment, and her face ended up burned, resulting in dark hyperpigmentation on skin that had previously been clear. It was a massive setback and a waste of money for a treatment that did far more harm than good.
Additionally, I came in to treat my acne and was recommended an expensive routine centered around ZO Skin Health products. Instead of improving my skin, the products consistently caused severe breakouts, and I was left with a collection of high-priced products that were completely ineffective for me.
Between the lack of results, the adverse reactions, and the high cost, I cannot recommend this clinic. Proceed with caution if you are considering treatments or product recommendations here.
After a year, we're still left with 4 products we bought from this clinic.
EDIT / UPDATE: Neither my mother nor I will be returning for advice. My mother’s clear skin was burned and left with hyperpigmentation, while my acne worsened from the recommended routine. Expecting patients to return for "adjustments" after causing active skin damage is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, even high-quality medical-grade skincare products can affect individuals differently, and no product or skincare regimen can guarantee a particular result. When a patient experiences irritation, breakouts, or is not seeing the desired improvement, we always encourage them to contact us so we can reassess their skin and make adjustments to their regimen as needed.
Regarding your mother’s experience, we take any concerns following a treatment very seriously. Because we respect patient privacy, we cannot discuss another patient’s treatment or medical history publicly, but we are always available to address concerns directly with the patient.
We’re disappointed to hear that your experience left you feeling this way and would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss these concerns and make appropriate adjustments when they occurred.

Allia Englert and the staff are by far some of the sweetest ladies you can ever meet. Extremely professional and make you feel so comfortable. I had such a great experience at Seamless Skin. The entire staff is so warm, welcoming, and professional and they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for.
