I would give 6 stars if I could. I'm very picky about how I want clothes to fit, but she was very patient with taking my measurements and gave me the clothes in pristine, ready to wear condition. Price was very competitive too. Alterations were done perfectly (you would not know I had gone to a tailor to adjust). I'll be back once I lose more weight and need to make them fit again!
EDIT: came again, and still wonderful work!!!

I was referred by a high end retail store at the Mall of Shorthills to reach out to Seams by Jenny to assist with my herringbone blazer. I visited Seams by Jenny and the staff was super friendly and detailed. Jenny pointed additional areas where my blazer needed woven. The price was fair and so I agreed for service. I waited a week for the job to be completed. Jenny performed an impeccable job. I was able to salvage my blazer thanks to Jenny’s craftsmanship. I highly recommend Seams by Jenny.

I got my bridesmaids dress Tuesday and needed it hemmed for Saturday. I brought it to Jenny who had it ready for me on Thursday. She even changed the padding in the dress to better fit my breasts. She’s the sweetest and super talented. MY GO TO GAL FROM NOW ON!

Jenny is excellent at her craft and truly cares about her customers! Not only has she worked on multiple alteration projects for me, but when my puppy chewed through the zipper of a custom-order bridesmaid dress, she squeezed me in to the schedule before going on a short break to celebrate her anniversary. If you have anything made of leather that needs repair or customization Jenny is the person you want to speak to. Jenny is an absolute MASTER of her craft. I gave Jenny a very difficult and unusual job that other tailors refused to even attempt. I had Jenny customize an expensive one-piece leather motorcycle racing suit, that was very difficult to put on and take off due to the protective equipment I wear under it. Without it being customized, I would need a second person to help me in and out of it, which is beyond impractical. Jenny came up with the brilliant idea to cut the suit in half, and run a full length zipper from top to bottom which would allow me to easily climb into the suit and zip up. Taking it off is also extremely easy now. Most importantly, the quality of the work is as good, or better, than the original manufacturer, who is one of Italy's most famous leather racing suit makers. I will be going back to Jenny with my next racing suit for sure. Jenny gets a AAA+++ on quality and was very fairly priced for the huge amount of work this required.
