Cass the repair technician was excellent. the service was excellent they kept us well informed their timing was excellent I would highly recommend this service to anyone as this is type of quality service is very rare today.

Initial visit mis-diahnosed and wrong part ordered. Second visit repairman said he ordered parts and be out Saturday. That didn't materialize. 3rd visit and 3 days off of work to accommodate 8am-5pm time slot. While it did get fixed in the end, the experience itself left a lot to be desired.

Tech did a great job, said the filter was leaking because it wasn't turned close all the way. Very friendly and explained what he was doing as he went through the process to make sure there weren't any other problems. Told us things we could check periodically to keep washer running correctly.
