Cornelis was very cordial, knowledgeable, efficient. thorough, Dryer Repair service was outstanding. Your website is horrible. Wasn't able to speak to anyone after lots of frustrating experiences trying to navigate your website. I spent hours trying to confirm if I was covered by a warranty. Hard to schedule an appointment. I've been without a dryer for more than a month. I use it daily. I have been a Sears loyal customer for more than 25 years because of quality appliances and repair service.
