I am very distressed and upset with the service I was provided. First the technician arrived hours after the notification I received said he would. When he arrived he realized he brought the wrong part. He rescheduled and began working on the dishwasher. He successfully changed the gasket that I requested but then, on his own accord he decided to change the other gasket with the wrong part he initially received. He did this without my approval. After damaging the appliance, he asked me to sign a damage waiver, which I refused. The damage had been done. He was unable to put the dishwasher back in place and he damaged parts of it. When I questioned him he was rude, and blamed me for his ineptitude. He left leaving the dishwasher damaged, out of place and with the racks on the floor. I overheard him as he was leaving talking to who I believe was a supervisor on the phone. He was attempting to cover up his mistakes. I asked to speak to this person to lodge a complaint. He quickly hung up the phone and sped off. The saddest part of this is there is no direct live person that I could contact to share this horrible experience and express my desire to get my dishwasher properly restored and file a complaint. If you truly care about treating your customers honestly and fairly you will contact me immediately.

Martin was professional, courteous, very thorough and efficient! In my very personal experience, I appreciated the fact the he is bilingual in Spanish, (like me), thus creating an instant rapport! Kudos to the organization, for hiring individuals as he!
I always prefer when a technician says they’re on their way that they give me an ETA. Every technician should carry fuses on them. Just like every painter should have a paintbrush, every technician for AC repair should carry fuses.

Paid for maintenance Dryer& Washer service call. Isaac was effecient he remover front cover of Dryer It had a Squeak everytime it starts he check belt, drum, settings,not to worry since noise usually stops after few minuets of operation. So far NO squeak. He check and ran all cycles on Washer, explained water levels with cycles, no faulty codes and stated our appliances were well taken care of. To keep them maintained since the are good older models. Isaac was polite and informative he was a 10

Outstanding! Looking for an air conditioner problem not easily found. Found and fixed. Showed me how the part was defective and showed me the new part’s change. Answer- capacitor. Process to schedule was easy and completely automated until he called to say he was on the way.
