My first visit to an acupuncturist was October 1, 2026. My PCP had made an appointment for me to go to physical therapy and I did that, but I have never had a lot of success with the exercises that I have been given at physical therapy. My right hip was hurting enough that I had to twist my right foot in a way that relieved the pain as I walked. A friend told me I should go see Ron at the Seattle Wellness Group because she had had great success. After one hour with Ron working on my left leg sciatica and my right hip I got up from the gurney or bed, whatever it’s called, and went home and I didn’t notice anything immediately but the next day my right hip was the best it’s been in ages and it just got better day after day. I started walking a lot more, pain-free. It actually put a smile on my face! Went back again two or three weeks later and I’ve booked another session for two weeks from now. I am sold on the value of Acupuncture.

Great experience here. Dr. Bajwa is very nice and professional.
I’ve started my wellness journey here and I’ve been loving both my chiropractic and acupuncture care! All of the providers are very empathetic and knowledgeable and great at tailoring your treatments to your specific needs and physical condition. It was here that I discovered that I have mild to moderate scoliosis and I’ve really learned a lot about the corrective care I’ve been receiving under Dr. Bajwa’s and Dr. Robin’s guidance and expertise. I’ve also always had some troubles with my sleep so the weekly acupuncture sessions I’ve been getting with the acupuncturist Ron has really improved my quality of sleep. Highly recommend this place!
Highly recommend Dr Bajwa. Been going to him for about 3 years. He is very caring and. compassionate I have always been able to get in right away whenever my back/hip would start yelling at me! Thank you Dr Bajwa it’s been a hoot!!!

Dr. Bajwa and the staff are the best in the business in WA state! If you've tried other places and didn't feel like it fit right, I encourage you to give Seattle Chiropractic and Dr. Bajwa a shot and see if you have a similar experience as I did. When I went to other local chiropractors, ones much closer to my home even, it was clear they didn't really listen and were all about getting you on some routine to keep you coming for as long as possible as their primary focus vs trying to get you the help and healing you are actually seeking when looking for a chiropractor. So many of the other chiropractors just came across like a slight step above a used car salesperson and it was all about their methods and you only need to come twice a week for 12 months or whatever nonsense they'd try and sell you with fear of your health being the price you'd pay if you don't do it! Forget all that nonsense! I just kept looking and trying different places until I found Seattle Chiropractic and Dr. Bajwa who were and remain a breath of fresh air in the area. The physical relief of the pain I was seeking help to alleviate has been completely addressed. I am no longer in chronic never ending pain!! I can sleep well again!!! Thank you Dr. Bajwa!! FYI, it's not obvious on their website but they also have another location called Woodinville Chiropractic if that location is more convenient.

I've been going to see Dr. Bajwa for over 2 years. Every time I go into the office I always feel so taken care of. I love the whole staff. I deeply appreciate the relationships I've built with them individually, how profession and yet fun the whole staff is.
