Unfortunately our experience with this cleaning service was pretty disappointing. We paid for a deep clean plus oven cleaning and I will say the oven was the one thing we were genuinely happy with. Our cleaner did a fantastic job on that!
However the rest of the cleaning fell well below our expectations. Our shower appeared to have been wiped down but still had visible water marks. I understand those can be difficult to remove but I would expect that to be taken care of during a deep clean. Our mirrors were not cleaned, the bedroom carpet was not vacuumed, the baseboards were completely untouched and I couldn’t even tell if the floors had been mopped. Our marble countertops also still had visible grime.
Our cleaner was very sweet and this is nothing against her personally. However she was sent alone for what was quoted as a six-hour deep clean. I don’t think it was realistic to expect one person to complete that amount of work on their own.
Corporate did follow up with me and I expressed how disappointed we were. They asked for photos but unfortunately I had already gone through and cleaned everything myself right afterward. Despite explaining the situation I was only offered a $20 credit which was pretty disappointing considering how much cleaning was left undone.
This company is definitely more affordable than many other cleaning services in Seattle which is what initially made it appealing. Unfortunately I think this is a case of you get what you pay for. I really wanted to be happy with the service but I wouldn’t book another deep clean with them.
This had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. From my first attempt to get a quote to them finishing their sub-par work, I was always feeling underwhelmed, aggravated, stressed, and genuinely disappointed. If even one moment had a redeeming quality I would gladly share it but the few people I spoke with were dismissive and disingenuous, the cleaning was in know way up to the standard that I have had with others, and this means that the price is atrocious. I have no issues paying for a service that is worth it. This one just ended up not meeting that minimum ask.
I have a one bedroom apartment that I needed deep cleaned because it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. They did an excellent job. All my appliances were cleaned. The washer and dryer were also cleaned not to mention the standard stuff.
We have used Green Cleaning Fairy before and had a good experience. This time we weren’t as satisfied. The person providing the service arrived 20-30 minutes late (outside of the 1 hour arrival window provided) which meant we had been awake much earlier than needed. It did take quite a bit of time to finish the job because this time there was 1 cleaner vs 2. Our place felt cleaner but not as clean as I expected with the price we paid. I think we will look for another service. The cleaner was very kind and professional once they arrived.
I've used Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy a few times and have always had a great experience. It's easy to schedule, and the cleaners always do a thorough and professional job. The pricing is somewhat high, but you get what you pay for. My new house is spotless after Jasmin's recent visit.
I'm very satisfied with my cleaning. I needed a last-minute cleaning for moving-out of a housing lease and was able to get an early-morning weekend cleaning within a day. The service was very affordable for Seattle cleaning services and my cleaner, Mayra was very nice and on-point. I would recommend this service.
