Seattle Steamers | Specialty Cleaning at a glance
Customers with positive experiences highlight punctuality, thorough carpet and rug cleaning, effective stain removal, and clear pricing communication. However, lower-rated reviews indicate a recurring pattern of missed appointments, last-minute schedule changes, and inadequate communication. Some clients also reported unsatisfactory results for specific tasks like garage pressure washing or persistent stains, leading to dissatisfaction with the service delivery.

I am so incredibly pleased with the amazing carpet cleaning results following Martin and Abraham’s careful, competent and professional work! They were friendly and helpful (offering to move things I had not and diligent in hitting every spot really well). I pride myself on keeping a clean home and shoes off carpet so I was shocked to see how dirty the water coming off the carpets was as they cleaned. I had never had a carpet cleaning service offer to show me the water after a cleaning. I’ll definitely be hiring this company again and doing a cleaning more often. I’m very grateful! Thank you, Sabrina T in Ravenna

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent carpet steam cleaning service! They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets throughout my house, and everything looks fresh and feels much cleaner. What impressed me most was their availability and flexibility. They were easy to schedule, arrived on time, and were very friendly and professional. They really took their time, treated my home with care, and paid attention to the details instead of rushing through the job. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. Very respectful, friendly, and thorough service. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional carpet steam cleaning!
