Thank you Chris!
Josh and his team met an impossible schedule with grace and craftsmanship. So appreciate their expertise and excellent communication skills. Looking forward to working with them again.
Thank you Jaimi, enjoyed working at the balboa theatre in san francisco. Happy 100 year celebration!
I highly recommend Second Generation Tile and Josh and team. I’m very happy with my new kitchen backsplash. Their workmanship is excellent. Communication was great from beginning to end. Josh got back to me as soon as I left him the first voicemail. He had me send a few photos of my kitchen and the measurements, we talked through it, he quickly sent me an estimate and they started within a couple of days. The price was very fair. They are true perfectionists (like me) and discussed every little detail of the project with me before starting. They worked hard for 4 and half straight days (and over the holidays). Juan did most of the work. He’s a master craftsman, a true artisan. They got the job done quickly and exactly as we discussed. The finished product is gorgeous! I’m so glad I found them (found them on yelp). I want them for all my future tile projects!
Thank you Michele!
We are very happy with the tile job by Second Generation tile. Our bathroom looks amazing. Great communication throughout the process.
Thank you Gilly!
After getting frustrated with contacting multiple tile companies to replace our kitchen tile and subfloor and not hearing back, I was really impressed with Josh's proactive communication in getting our job scheduled. He called me back same day to discuss the job and came to our house the next day to take a look. Jose did a great job and even regrouted parts of our backsplash with no extra charge. I highly recommend SG Tile and will use them again in the future should the need arise!
Thank you very much! Your family was very kind and great to work for.
Josh and his team have been fantastic. Professional, precise, and friendly. The installation looks great and came together very quickly. Highly recommend and would certainly work with SG Tile again
Thank you Matt!
Josh and his team were great to work with for our kitchen floors, backsplash, and new stone counter tops. Josh was great at communicating with us every step of the way & they were able to get the project done in a very timely manner. Josh made helpful suggestions & made sure we were happy with the work before proceeding to next steps. Very happy with the results, thank you!
Thank you! We enjoyed working for you very much!
I called SG Tile to help me with a messy project I had at home -my first tile guy left the job half-finished, and I tried to finish it only to make it worse. Called and talked to Josh, who’s very professional. Sent him a couple of pictures and he knew exactly what to do. A couple of days later Josh and his guy came over, and fixed the mess I had created. Truly wish I hired them from the start. Great professionalism, informative, fast-working, and detail oriented guys.
Thank you Jose
Josh was professional and knowledgeable about the job I wanted done. He personally helped me find the right tiles as I was not mobile to shop. His crew was a craftsman in designing the layout of the tiles and very detailed in laying the tiles. Josh was available to check the progress of the work and my satisfaction of the work.
Thank you Carol!
We were very pleased with Josh and his team. He worked with me to determine what would look best for a “small” job we did tiling under our bar counter. The installation process was done precisely and neatly and in a timely manner. Good communication. Would very much recommend. We love the results!
Thank you Beth!
