I seldom write reviews, but felt service was outstanding. Made an after hours emergency call to a number of other companies, who diagnosed the issue over the phone without seeing the electric panel in person. Despite the others offering 24/7 service, they were reluctant to come in person and check the issue and instead tried to secure deals to arrive later and fix it. This was an issue as I was without any power and have my 1 year old daughter, and as any parent knows she comes first and I couldn’t afford the wait. I called Second Opinion and Osmel answered and responded. Even more impressive is he was at my residence well within an hour of calling. He was very matter of fact, and was able to restore power safely to my residence. He was straightforward, and also incredibly patient with me, despite being an after hours call. Most importantly he was honest, and pointed out the larger issue without feeling like he was trying to upsell me. Honesty is hard to find, especially in areas (like electric work) where the average man knows little compared to the experts. While I hope I don’t have many future electrical issues, I can say Osmel made me trust Second Opinion and they’ll be the only company I’ll call

Osmel did an excellent job of installing a hardwired Tesla Universal wall mount charger in my garage. He was very patient in walking me through the process of connecting it to my wifi.

My electrician was spectacular, on time, clear communication, gave me sound advice, put up 2 ceiling fans, 2 exterior lights, 2 dimmer switches and shared advice on my outdoor carport shed to office conversion.. He was awesome and I will be using them by far for the storage to office conversion.

I was home alone with a toddler when my electrical panel decided to start smoking at 7pm at night. I called and someone showed up after hours within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, they couldn’t repair it that night but they were at my house before 7am the next morning with the part they needed and fixing my electrical panel. Everyone was so helpful, prompt, and made the process easy. Would highly recommend!
