Customers highlight the company's professionalism, punctuality, and high-quality craftsmanship for dock construction, repairs, and custom installations. Reviewers frequently note fair pricing and effective communication throughout the bidding and installation processes. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves significant project delays and unresponsiveness from specific staff members, which resulted in unresolved payment disputes and missed deadlines.

Secured Dock Builders did an amazing job on my dock in Central Florida. They were very easy to work with and always on time. I recommend them to anyone needing dock building services
Secured dock builders did an amazing job on my parents dock at there newly built home in the mountains Dora area. It was honestly very simple design but they went above and beyond and beyond. The materials they use are quality. We wanted something that will last and we were amazed at the finished product. We had to have a dock while living on a lake.

Secured did an amazing job on our dock. Everyone throughout the process was so nice. We met with a few companies and are so glad we picked secured. Highly recommend to anyone in the Orlando area
We had an unusual ask and they made it happen It required thinking out of the box and they did
Philip, we're so happy to hear you had such a great experience with our company! Thank your for taking the time to write your review as we greatly appreciate it.
Super irresponsible. 10 months waiting for our dock to be completed. A guy name Jeff that works with Secure Dock Builders is a Scam! Took $15,000 and now don’t show up or answer the phone. Don’t use this builder. Worst experience ever!
Excellent! They were the most professional, knowledgeable , polite, craftsmen who took time to perfect every detail of the dock. The company is totally responsible, and very fairly priced.
Annual dock inspection, estimate and repair X2. Very satisfied, recommend without reservation.
We got several estimates and went with Secured Dock Builders based on price. They came out and installed phase one of the dock pretty quickly but then the rain stopped, the water level went down and we called Secured Docks to come and add an extension which they did in short order. We use our dock almost daily for fishing or just sitting and enjoying the water and nature. The quality of the material they used could have been a little better but I would still recommend Secured Docks if you're looking to have one built.
