I paid for my prints and to get a perc card without knowing I had only 90 days to obtain it , because the lady never mentioned it, so they told me I have to pay again, and I dont think thats right at all if I didn’t receive the services that were supposed to be rendered, I want my services or my money back period , its not my fault she didn’t tell me I had 90 days😡😡 and they always say aint nothing they can do which is a lie 😡

Hi Lee - Besides your receipt we give you saying they expire in 90 days, you got fortunate today. While the fingerprints are only good for 90 days, because its for a PERC card, the background check is automatically completed and posted. There is a website on IDFPR's site where you can verify fingerprints. Google search "IDFPR Fingerprint Results" - should be the top result. Enter your name and SS, it will show if you are cleared.

I had an outstanding experience with my Concealed Carry class, and I have to give a huge shout-out to my instructor! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and made sure everyone understood the material before moving forward. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain everything clearly and answered every question without making anyone feel uncomfortable or rushed. He created a learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions, learning from my mistakes, and becoming more confident throughout the class. The instructor was very thorough and emphasized not only the laws and requirements, but also the responsibility that comes with carrying a firearm. I truly feel like I walked away from this class more educated, prepared, and confident than when I walked in. If you’re looking for a concealed carry instructor who genuinely cares about his students and takes teaching seriously, I highly recommend him. Excellent instructor, excellent class, and an overall outstanding experience!

Sadly I booked this service for a 1000 person event and no one showed up on the day of after they had taken my $300 payment. I called and contacted them as my event was going on and they said they would call back and help but no one called and no one showed up. Even after weeks of planning, very disappointed and upset that this unprofessionalism took place. When I emailed they said "i'm not sure how that happened" and that's it.
