I really appreciate the timely manner that John came by my home and explained the process of work that he was doing to help me
with my wasp problem. He was very upbeat and very knowledgeable in his field of pest control. And I would recommend him to anyone for future references.

This company, and Jim in particular, have taken wonderful care of our needs. Whether through our regularly scheduled maintenance or via “emergency” ad-hoc requests to take care of unexpected creepy crawly visitors, Jim has always been here with a smile, a solution, and a gentle belly rub for our dog.
Jimmy, the exterminator was awesome!! He explained everything in detail and had a lot of patience with my questions. I was so happy I got the same day appointment at the last minute.

For a lot of reasons, I like to shop locally for goods and services. This week I found myself in need of pest control help. After calling several pest control services I chose “Security Pest Services” for a few reasons and was very happy with my choice. Here’s why:
1. A human (Mark) answered the phone, he was courteous and very professional, understood my problem, called back when he said he would and scheduled a member of his team to come to my home to come to my home to assess the problem.
2. The service technician arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable , had greater than 30 years of experience and performed a thorough review of my problem. His name was John M. John answered all the questions I had before I asked them and gave me a detailed written quote before leaving.
I couldn’t have been more satisfied and will not hesitate to call Security Pest Elimination again on future needs.
