Took one class here and immediately knew I wanted to be a member. So many options for classes and every instructor has been amazing. Ridiculously affordable and I love the mission & values of this studio.
The practice of yoga is one that, by its very nature, should be accessible and inclusive to all beings, and Seeds of Love Yoga lives and breathes this message each and every day. As a fully donation based and member funded studio, anyone can come in and pay what they can, whether that is the $15 suggested donation, $5, or no dollars at all - because times are tough, but access to community through yoga should not have a price for entry. Highly recommend supporting this studio with your presence at a class, workshop, or event; or consider a financial contribution to keep this studio available to all those in our community who need it.
It’s hard finding somewhere with so many varying classes and times with great teachers as well.

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to after taking a class with the instructor Kari. I am postpartum and was hesitant to take a class but I just went with it. I was welcomed to flow however I wanted, even if that meant just laying there. The class was perfectly warm but not too hot. The yoga mats were spaced out perfectly so I didn’t feel on top of others. You can tell that Kari puts so much love and thought into her flow and that is hard to come by. I am so appreciative of Kari and this studio! I can’t wait to come back!

Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Very accepting and low impact as someone with lower back pain! I’m excited to see where this goes with them

I was looking for something to do for the weekend and came across SOLY’s Frosty Friday event. I ended up on a tangent of watching their videos and seeing what they were all about. I always knew I needed yoga in my life and after watching their Philly news story, the deal was sealed. I’ve been every week since. The quality of the classes is well above par. Kari’s Rise class is the perfect way to start my day.
