It was a year of ups and downs. Difficulties came forward when the insurance had to cover entire window instead of just sashes. Vincent worked diligently with my insurance to get all the proofs that they wanted which took many back and forths. I was grateful that Vincent was there to represent me. He definitely deserves a five-star! Thank you Vincent

Sela was an easy company to deal with and did an excellent job. Roof and gutters were replaced after a hailstorm. So far there have been zero issues with the work, and I anticipate many years of good performance.

I would give the work performed and the sales process with Vinny a five star. The end result is good and working with the insurance company was very helpful in getting a good claim result. Our project is done. Many of our neighbors are still waiting, either due to contractor or insurance delays. Sincerely George

My Sela Rep Gavin, did a great job of working with my insurance company and independent appraisers. The installation crew did a very good job project. They were efficient and did a great job of site clean up after the completed the new roof.

I recently worked with Sela Roofing and Remodeling on a home siding renovation, and they exceeded my expectations at every turn. Both Vinny Lesnar sales consultant and General Manager David Lesnar went above and beyond — keeping me informed throughout the process. What really stood out was the exceptional level of customer service. The crew were craftsmen in their attention to detail, removal and installation. The communication was excellent, and the final result turned out better than I imagined. Highly recommend!

Nice experience with Vincent who thoroughly looked over the whole house exterior and provided insights on all elements. Then, he really went above and beyond when he investigated and cleared a nest in the soffits! What a mess. Installation was on time and efficient and the gutters and soffits look great. Thank you for being there when you said you would. And doing what you said you would!

I can't comment on the quality of their work, but I had an unfortunate customer service experience I thought was worth sharing.
I asked Sela for a quote on a gutter job. I was upfront about the scale and type of work - nothing complicated. They scheduled and sent their tech to my house and asked me to be on site for their visit - took time out of my day to arrange my schedule to be there. I was told they would get me a quote. Here I am a month and a half later and it seems they ghosted me. I've reached out but haven't heard back. I know this was a small job for them - but how about declining to send someone if you don't want to bid and save all of our time? Or at least the courtesy of an email or call saying you're not interested?
Addendum: Sela reached out to me after I posted this to apologize. I suppose I slipped through the cracks. Upping to 3 stars for the effort.
