Absolutely 100% 10/10 recommend Heather ! She reads muscle fibers arguably better than the visually impaired reads braille. I’ve had 30-40 massages in the last 5 years fighting scapular issues and nerve compressions … I have never had such a complete and thorough massage that I’ve felt this good about immediately…

I started seeing Veronica at Selby after nine months of chronic back pain that had progressed into numbness in one leg, disrupted sleep, and daily discomfort. Even after epidurals, nerve blocks, and ablations, nothing brought relief. Within two sessions, Veronica accurately identified the underlying issue and began reducing my symptoms. After eight sessions, what was once a level 10 problem is now nearly resolved. Her techniques are gentle & subtle but highly effective. Medical and neuromuscular massage are nothing like traditional spa massage. They are targeted, clinical, and ideal for chronic pain and specific conditions. Veronica is professional, knowledgeable, and never tries to sell you on endless treatment packages. She simply focuses on helping you heal. For anyone seeking legitimate, skilled, results driven care, Veronica (& Heather) at Selby are exceptional!

Seriously … hidden spot there in Mesa and should be ranked best in the valley . If you’ve been suffering and debating massage cost vs pain tolerance and sticking it out … just get the massage . You’ll feel better . So happy I found Heather at Selby medical massage .

Wow! Veronica is so talented, and intuitive. As soon as she started I could feel how tight my fascia was, I could feel it unwinding.. at one point I even felt a muscle turn back on. With medical massage having a deliberate focus, you can get the pain relief. Definitely recommend(and I’m a massage therapist)

Heather is amazing. I have had Heather work on me a few times now and everytime I leave feeling way better then I came in.
