I was going to say 4 stars (ONLY because of hours of availability) but the staff @ SPT:Apopka have been too kind and patient with me to merit only 4. A couple months ago, I fell down a flight of stairs and injured a few body parts. Very graciously, the staff has worked with me, given time when needed, suggested exercises to help me at home, and offered honest feedback when prompted. Lara is my therapist, though all of the team have shown compassion, experience, and professionalism. If there was one person I would pick on it would be Brenda! But I can’t, anything I would say would only be in jest or untrue, because she’s been as great as any of the staff, going above and beyond to help me with scheduling and whatever else I forget or don’t know how to do! In all seriousness, I appreciate you all.

Super late but I wanted to take the time to truly thank the Select Physical Therapy Team. Specifically Bronte. I Highly recommend this facility and the staff. My entire time with Bronte was truly transformative. She provided genuine support, customized opportunities, and constant encouragement. She became someone I vented to during our time together. Lol. Such a warm spirit to encounter. The positive impact she’s had on my life is something I’d want others to experience. I have not run in years due to my knees and finding out it was actually Osteoarthritis in my knees and hips was horrific. I’m now racing my nieces and nephews and it feels great. I feel a sense of renewed vitality and joy.<br><br>I believe others could truly benefit from each of the members at Select Physical Therapy. Seeing them all work with others was also joyful. They’d root for you on the side. Which spoke volumes.<br><br>Thank you Bronte and the Team for your kindness and support throughout my time with you. Happy New Year and many more to come

Sylvia listens to the patient and works to help and encourage healing. Sylvia is knowledgeable in her field and clearly explains occupational exercises.

All of the staff and therapists at Select physical therapy are very knowledgeable and friendly. Personally, I do not recommend physical therapy for anyone who does not want to push themselves and do the exercises and number of repetitions suggested by the therapists. They know what your limitations are and keep safety at the forefront. To get the most out of your sessions, listen to them, and do the work.
