It’s really sad that I have to give such a low score because my first interaction with this company a few months ago was great the counselor that I had an interaction with was also great as well I decided at the time that counseling was not working for me so I decided to stop coming but today I had the courage to go back and start my journey again but as I called the representative who stated she was I’m assuming some sort of management in the front office was very nasty to me and rude she was not considerate of how you should conduct yourself when you are the first person a individual speaks to at a mental health facility she made me go through hoops to get her the same information that is on file from a appointment I had back in April 2024 not even six months ago it was such a stressful call I teard up asking her for someone else to speak with she refused and continued to be nasty it’s sad because when people need help this behavior will run them off and not look into getting the help they need

Kareem is the BEST counselor in the WORLD. Been with him for over two years now and I can’t go anywhere else. That man has been a huge help to my life and my battles. He’s straight forward and full of knowledge. Kareem will be apart of my life forever . Don’t look anywhere else . I mean this

The first time I came for an appointment, I wore sunglasses because I was that scared. I’ve been to therapists before and have had mostly bad experiences. This time, I thought I’d find someone who understood first responders. And amazingly, I have. Then this intern asked to sit in on my sessions and VERY hesitantly I agreed. I figured that if I could learn to trust 2 males in a safe place after all the trauma I’ve been through, then maybe I could learn to trust men again as a whole.
Brian is now my therapist. He’s helped to create a safe place for me to open up not only about life currently, but life in the past. He points out the positives and challenges my negative thoughts while pushing me to continue to grow and be who I’m meant to be. I’m very thankful.

My 2 boys went there and graduated. I have seen a big change in them since this program and I think it would be good for a lot of the youth to do a program like this. We as parents aren’t always able to see what’s wrong or why our kids act a certain way, because the kids don’t even know why they are. This program helps the kids to see exactly what is causing them to act out and once they know they can work on fixing the issue. I want my kids to come back

My first experience with MrKareem was great! He makes you comfortable to open up to him, so he can help you better yourself. Kareem is an awesome counselor. This class has giving me a great set of tools to really improve my life and the way I've looked at certain negative elements of my life. This class will really surprise and empower you. Kareem has exhibited a very unique way of approaching the root of the issue and not just the issue. Simple but Powerful message..I highly recommend

I took this class with certain expectations, and it turned out to be totally opposite of what I expected. This experience helped me more in two days than the 5months that I spent with my personal Therapist. Kareem was an excellent instructor very professional, highly intelligent and most down to earth individual i’ve met in a long time! Life changing Experience hands down!!
