Customers frequently praise the store for its extensive inventory of high-quality furniture, competitive pricing, and attentive service that includes helpful product knowledge and smooth delivery experiences. However, recurring criticisms involve perceived rudeness or neglect upon entering the showroom, as well as complaints about receiving damaged, floor-model, or used items instead of new products. Some reviewers also noted discrepancies regarding website availability and inconsistent policies on old furniture removal fees.

my favorite furniture store! super attentive to my requests, answered all of my questions, scheduled the delivery perfectly, and even when one of the pieces arrived damaged, they handled the replacement of it without even having to ask!
will definitely only be buying furniture from here from now on.

Thank you so much, Abhi, for your wonderful review! We truly appreciate your trust in us and are glad our team was able to make your experience a great one. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and we're happy we could make things right. Thank you for choosing Sell A Cow Furniture! We look forward to helping you again!
Went here to help my friend find his grandpa a messaging chair as he is in too poor of health to come himself. We came prepared to buy, and were excited to hopefully find the right fit, that was short lived. The second we walked in we were judged based off of our age and when asked by the employee what we were looking for, we informed him we were looking for a message chair for my friends grandpa and was instantly shut down and told “you know those are over ten grand right?” We then were constantly watched the whole time throughout our shopping experience. I have never been treated with the upmost disrespect upon walking into a store.
It’s always a pleasure to work with Vitaliy and Dima. I have bought furniture multiple times in last one year and had great experience with service and pricing. Best part is they are easy going and you don’t have to deal with pressuring salesmen in the store

Sell a Cow furniture has quite the selection. Vitali was very helpful and assisted us in wrapping and loading the furniture in our van.

Thank you, John! We're glad you enjoyed our selection! Vitaliy may be the owner, but he's clearly not getting out of loading furniture anytime soon! 😂 We appreciate your support and hope to see you again!
Sell a Cow has lots of Flexsteel models and fabrics to choose from. Service was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the store was very clean. We had a great experience.

We’re absolutely in love with our new sofa! 😍
It exceeded all expectations — incredibly comfortable, stylish, and feels truly premium from the first moment. It’s one of those pieces you sit on and never want to get up from!
Huge thanks to the showroom for the amazing service — the team helped us choose the perfect option and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
And a big bonus — they took away our old sofa, which made everything so much easier!
It’s rare to find this level of service these days.
Highly recommend!
