As a person who has tried all sorts of Asian Food all throughout Anniston, I've been to Ono Grill, China One, Yoki, Rock & Roll Sushi, Yamato, and probably some other places I can't remember the names of. All of this is to say, Send Noodz has the best Ramen in the Anniston area out of all of them. I would not be surprised if they also contend for first place in Ramen in all of Alabama. Everything about their dishes are well seasoned and tasty. There is practically no reason to use soy sauce because it's just that good. Even the eggs they put in the noodles taste great and complement the flavors well. Even the noodles themselves all have tasty flav9r to them and aren't bland! I was especially impressed by their kale noodles which shockingly taste amazing for a more vegetarian option. I have never seen such expertise in Ramen making up until I went to Send Noodz. They really seem like the real deal. The few downsides include that they're located in a food truck which makes them hard to track without getting their business card or looking on their Facebook page. Another thing is their dishes are very expensive and aren't cheap dinner. I only wish they were a bit cheaper so I could eat there more often because if you haven't tried them yet, you really should. The quality of their food is so impressive that I would expect that they'd be able to win over some folk who don't often like Asian food.

Best food truck around here!! I love the Sea King Feast ramen with the miso broth. Or any of the onigiri, but especially the plum. The Ararity Grilled cheese is amazing and I just tried the Kanto Rice bowl and its amazing 🖤💜🖤💜

Came by the food truck today after seeing it around town and at the Rodeo. Seems popular so decided I would give it a try. First impression, the people working when I came were very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Service was great. The food was delicious as well and affordable. Definitely a new favorite spot

Good Ramen. I don't know about many of the extra toppings had to ask many questions.

Been wanting to try this ever since i saw they had onigiri, place is great taste authentic though im no expert. Had the rice bowl, absolutely amazing my brother loved his ramen. Kinda wish they had some beef on the menu or an option for more of whatever chili crisp they put on top but regardless absolutely great.

Food is absolutely incredible! You simply have to grab some of the Crunchy Garlic and Pork Onigiri while they're in supply! It's a family owned operation, and the love and care shows with their food and service. If you see them, stop by!
