Tina Tanco enlightened me on senior care. I never knew there were companies that specialize in at home care. My mother is 98 years of age & would prefer to remain in her home. We haven’t set up a plan as of yet with Seniors Helping Seniors, only it will be a matter of time since I trust Tina implicitly & I have a profound belief in this company.and their commitment to senior care.

Seniors helping Seniors had the perfect person to assist my mom with her daily living needs. When I realized I needed help to cover my mother’s increasing needs, dressing, meal preparation, laundry, bathing and more I met with SHS and they found the perfect person for myself and my mother to rely on. Jaquiese came in and was an instant friend to myself and my mother. She handled all my mother’s needs with ease and always had a positive energy while providing such a wonderful experience. My mother has moved to an assisted living home now and we both miss our time with Jaquiese. She was a caregiver that felt more like family.

Tina Tanco and her team at Seniors Helping Seniors were such life savers. I could not recommend them more. If you are looking for trustworthy, competent and caring people, look no further and quickly give Tina a call. You won't regret it. A little more in depth about my experience: When I first connected with Tina, I was overwhelmed and distraught having just learned a prior caregiver had stolen and taken advantage of a dear friend of mine. My elderly friend didn't have family or many friends so I was really her only "person" and I had no experience in navigating this world. Lucky for my friend and myself, Tina held my hand through the difficult situation. She immediately helped me get caregivers set up. My friend suffers from the beginning stages of dementia and is, for the most part, bedridden. So she needed 24/7 care. The caregivers immediately provided companionship for my friend. They were all very kind, communicative with me, dependable, and my friend bonded with each one. Their presence allowed me to take care of a lot of moving pieces so I could protect and ensure she no longer be taken advantage of. I don't envy anyone in the situation of having to find home care for a loved one. It's daunting, overwhelming and you don't know who you can trust. Tina was always straight up with me, extremely communicative, caring, passionate and honest. I didn't make it easy on her and she never complained. Since I was pretty much alone, I leaned on her a lot and I will ALWAYS appreciate the kindness and empathy she and her team showed me. Eventually I was able to move my friend into an assisted living home, and she's been very happy with her new digs. Tina provided contacts to me to help navigate that move, because again...it's all so overwhelming! Her caregivers continued to stay with my friend during the transition, which helped me out so much. From the beginning, I listened to Tina every step of the way. She provided excellent guidance and has a ton of experience.
