My son was evaluated for Aquatic Physical Therapy and during his evaluation, the PT informed us that starting June 1st there would be a Monday 2:30 PM opening available. We were told my son's name had been added to that spot and that we would receive a confirmation call. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up.
After calling myself to check on the status, the aquatic therapy coordinator informed me that they currently do not even have a pool available. I'm confused as to why referrals for Aquatic PT are still being accepted and evaluations are being scheduled if services cannot actually be provided at this time.
I had to move my son's other therapy appointments to make room for aquatic PT. Now it's too late to take those spots back since it was already offered to other families.
A simple update or communication regarding the pool issue would have been appreciated. Very disappointing experience due to the lack of communication and follow-through.

My son has been going here for about a year I believe. I’ll start by saying I love the therapist we have worked with. Most of this time was spent with Becky and Madison and my son still ask when we are going to see them again he absolutely adores them and took to them right away. He’s had fill in appointments with some of the other staff and they were great if I was rating just the occupational therapist they would have 5 stars! Taking stars away because of the scheduling process it’s horrible. We’ve been out of therapy for over 4 months because of communication with the scheduling team. from leaving messages. Calling every hour on scheduling days and being told we were on the cancelation list or that we would be called first next scheduling day and never getting a call. Last time I was told they had a new OT starting and would make a note for them to schedule us with them first when they started. Never received a call. Trying to get appointments is frustrating but also seeing progress and then the appointments come to a complete stop for months is disappointing and does have an affect on the children. I hope they can figure out a scheduling system that works because any child like mine thrives on consistency and predictability.
My son sees Sierra for PT and she’s amazing! He absolutely loves her and she’s so great with him. They do in office pt and in the pool, he’s always so excited to go. And he’s made amazing progress working with her
