Customers frequently cite helpful staff, competitive pricing compared to large retailers, and the availability of hard-to-find items as primary benefits of the store. Recurring themes include the convenient location and the personal service provided for specific needs like key cutting or well drilling. However, lower-rated reviews indicate a pattern of limited inventory variety, with some customers reporting high prices or long wait times during busy periods when employees did not adequately assist those waiting for propane.

I have been plumbing for 32 years and every chance that I get whether it be with the company that I work for or side work that I do for myself I try to use this hardware store today August 22nd 20 25 I had a job just across town from the location had to go up there and get a part came back got everything installed like it needed to be and two existing parts had failed it was a quarter till 5:00 when it says they close at 5:00 a whole butt all the way back crosstown pull into the parking lot at 10 minutes till 5:00 and they're closed I understand people wanting to get off work on a Friday but when you say from 8:00 to 5:00 it should be from 8:00 to 5:00 because sometimes people do have emergencies right close to the end of the day that can make it there before the time it says that you close

Everyone was helpful, but shelves were lacking variety. Still had to go to Ace in another town to get everything else that was needed. Gentleman, who helped me, was great.

It's a real hardware store not a box store like home Depot or Lowe's, they actually have people there to help you with your needs!
