I thoroughly enjoyed my six weeks with Heidi. She was very personable, shows great concern for me and my pain. Though I’’m still hurting, she did all she could to strengthen my shoulder. Heidi is to be commended.

A great experience. Everyone is friendly and greets you, and my therapist - Heidi - was terrific. A good listener, thoughtful, and a positive energy. I'm going to have knee surgery soon, and I'll go back there for the PT.

My therapist, Katie, is fantastic! Very patient and her chair side manner is so gentle, caring, and she is very knowledgeable about the techniques that restore patient mobility. If you need therapy, come see Katie! You won’t be disappointed!

This is my second time at SERC Midtown (different issue). All the therapist are professional and personable! Not only are they amazing therapist, but amazing humans. Care, concern, and their ability to navigate working with multiple patients are just a few reasons I love this place. Wonderful place to get you back to where you need to be physically. Check them (Andrew, Heidi, GlenNeisha, and Katie) out, you'll love it there!

In the 1930s, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer movie studios claimed to have "more stars than there are in the heavens." In the 21st century, the stars are working at SERC Physical Therapy in midtown Kansas City. Such a friendly, welcoming place, where work equals results. The ladies here get their due, yet my Physical Therapist, Andrew Cook, sailed to great heights. He kept me focused, kept me moving forward, and kept me from falling down a million rabbit holes. "What's up, Drew?" I ask, not expecting but getting as good as I get. Now I can put my britches on one leg at a time, an important goal for me. What are yours? Recreate yourself better. Do it here!
