Bill performed our semiannual preventive maintenance inspection on our Trane heat pump on 10/18/26. I found Bill to be friendly, thorough and just a real kind man. Thank you for the excellent service! Jerrar and Joshua did an outstanding job of installing our new Trane heat pump and air handler! They were professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. Both were hard working, possessed excellent problem solving skills, focused and paid attention to small details. In addition, Jerrar and Joshua were conscientious, friendly and did a super job of cleaning up. It was a joy to have them onsite! Dylan and Zack arrived on time and jumped right into diagnosing our heat pump issues. They kept us apprised of their progress and summarized issues/problems they found. Both were courteous, friendly and careful when they were inside our home. I highly recommend Serenity Air and Heating!
