My husband and I did an inspection on our home and the report showed minor issues with parts of our roof. Reached out to a few people and no one except Justin Wymer I felt confident in to be honest and professional about our roof. From day one he didn’t hesitate in responding in a timely manner and he provided clear understanding of the issues with our roof.he clarified any questions we had and got straight to work. Listen for all your roof needs look no further !!! Justin Wymer is your guy for the job !
I couldn’t be happier with the amazing job they did on our home! From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. The crew was hardworking, professional, courteous, and paid great attention to detail. They did an outstanding job on our roof, and I was especially impressed with the cleanup afterward. They left our property absolutely spotless! It’s wonderful to see a company that takes such pride in its work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services. Thank you Josh for a job well done!

Justin helped us get the roof taken care of quickly and efficiently. From the start he was very communicative and walked us through the process. He was there everytime we had a question and addressed everything immediately. He thoroughly explained everything. He was great! The team showed up and got to work and we’re done before mid afternoon, they cleaned up and left nothing behind. Very impressed with his team and the result of our roof.

It has been a pleasure to work with Josh Pinter (Regional Sales Manager) and Rachel Singletary (Office Manager). From the very first time I talked to Josh, I could tell he had the knowledge and experience needed to review all roof materials, timing, answering my questions as well as working with the insurance companies and TWIC. When we made an appointment, he was on time and ready to discuss business. He did a great job communicating the job and explaining all the steps. Josh was on site for the full duration of the job managing his work crew. His top priority was safety and accuracy of the crew's job performance, along with customer satisfaction.
When I called the office to ask a couple questions, Rachel Singletary was very professional. She took time to listen and answer any questions I had.
I would recommend Serenity Roofing & Construction to everyone for roofing needs.
