I’ve had a really great experience here. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and do a good job of pushing you without making the workouts feel intimidating. I’ve gotten noticeably stronger and more confident in the gym since I started.
I also really like the small-group format because you still get plenty of individual attention, but it feels more relaxed and supportive than traditional personal training. Everyone has always been friendly and welcoming, and I’m really glad I decided to train here. I’d definitely recommend it!

Amazing coaches in a fabulous facility! I’ve worked with several personal trainers over the years and it always felt like the workouts were “one size fits all,” meaning they never truly listened to my goals or feedback and I was constantly getting injured. My coach at Serious Results listened to me and helped me ramp up slowly with no injuries! I’ve been training with them for almost 3 years and I’ve never been stronger! I love that despite my growing older (and going through menopause), that strangers will comment on how strong I am when they see me tossing my luggage in the overhead bin!

My husband has been a vocal advocate for Serious Results for a long time, but I stayed away for years. I told myself a $10-a-month gym was "good enough" and, honestly, I didn't feel I was "worthy" of a place like this. I was wrong.
I’ve suffered from bone-on-bone knee arthritis for a while, and a recent flare-up was so bad I finally scheduled a total knee replacement. After months of inactivity due to pain, I knew I needed to build strength before surgery. On top of the knee issues, I was also dealing with a debilitating frozen shoulder. I finally decided that Serious Results might be the only place that could guide me safely.
The results have been life-changing:
Pain Relief: My knee pain has dropped from a 10 down to a 4.
Mobility: I can finally rotate and lift my arm again.
Dedication: I am NOT a morning person, yet I’m up at 5:30 AM to make my 8:00 AM sessions—that’s how much I value being there.
Debra, Adam, and the entire training team—Trenton, Cliff, and Trinity—have my utmost gratitude. They are fully present for every minute of your session. The training is 100% customized to your specific injuries and goals. The level of support is incredible, from nutrition advice to check-in texts and emails.
Their "can-do" attitude is infectious and empowering. If you are in doubt or feel like your physical issues are holding you back, please try them out. They deliver exactly what their name says: SERIOUS RESULTS.

I have loved coming to Serious Results…especially the friendly environment where “everybody knows your name”…just like the Cheers bar!
I’ve also been so impressed with the very precise and well thought out testing & fitness plan. The staff provides each member with a heart monitor to be sure everyone is exercising at their optimum level.
