I manage a commercial building in Ft Worth and immediately called this company due to the high Google review rating and I was NOT disappointed! Nathan was the tech that serviced our property and from start to finish, this was a seamless process. We were taken care of in a matter of hours for a fair price. Nathan was knowledgeable, and was more than happy to answer my questions.
I live in a 26 year old house that has many problems. The Service Squad representative was anxious to listen to my needs and priorities. Photos were taken. After going to his truck for a short time, he returned with estimates for each of my concerns. After a discussion of the available options we decided on a plan. Hope to sign the formal agreement and get started tomorrow.
This company is a scam,they are doing work without the proper state license,I wouldn't recommend this scamming company to do any work without calling the tdlr contact number...the owners are very dishonest and they don't no what the hell they're doing, Customers Beware..

This was an absolute nightmare experience that somehow last 20 days (but by the third time they identified more undetected issues they somehow magically finished it in 4 days?), left a giant hole in our yard for all 20 of those days and saw no concern in it, repeatedly missed leaks, and ended up giving us a 25% discount after the 3rd estimate we received.
We're sorry this project was such a frustrating experience. Sewer repairs like this can unfortunately be difficult because additional leaks are not always detectable at the beginning of the project. The system must be repaired at the identified failure, retested, and in some cases that testing reveals an additional failure elsewhere in the system. This is what occurred during your project, rather than our team simply overlooking known leaks. We completely understand that the extended timeline and having an excavation open during that process was disruptive and frustrating. We continued working through each issue until the system was repaired and provided a substantial discount in recognition of the inconvenience. While the repair process itself sometimes requires multiple rounds of repair and testing, we recognize that we could have done a better job communicating what was happening and what to expect along the way. Bruce did a great job! It wasn't real complicated, but I had tried to do the repairs myself and just couldn't do it. He had it done in no time. He was extremely nice and polite and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Next time I need a plumber I'll definitely call y'all and request Bruce.
