We had the best possible experience with ServiceMaster, and in particular with Dan Falese, Sydney, and Garth. Dan was incredibly responsive at all times, and was so thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. During his initial visit, he explained everything thoroughly, and took time to check other areas of our house where I had concerns about potential moisture. Scheduling our services was easy, Dan came out each time to talk us through the process, and when Sydney and Garth came out to do a duct cleaning, they were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. Would absolutely work with them again if we have another issue.

Who knew that ServiceMaster does carpet cleaning? They do! They did a great job on my carpets, rugs, and cleaning the grout on my kitchen floor. Dan was responsive, friendly, professional, and honest with his proposal and scheduling was easy. Steven, who did the work was professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious, taking extra care to make sure the wood floors and walls were protected throughout the process. Highly recommend them!

Dan, Sydney, and Garth were the epitome of professionalism. We had our HVAC ducts cleaned out and it has made a WORLD of difference. The house FEELS cleaner, allergy issues have decreased substantially. HIGHEST recommendation for this team and service. They’ll get my call again for the next servicing of this kind.

I was truly impressed with how clean and refreshed the carpets looked after Alex and Esteban finished. The home had already been lived in, and the carpet showed wear in the areas people used most. They worked hard and did an excellent, thorough job. Both were professional, polite, and respectful throughout the process. You can tell they take pride in their work.
