His work is meticulous and his prices reasonable. Our carpets look clean and smell fresh. I've learned that he also cleans tiles and grout, we will ask him to come back for that in the future.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. We always strive to be honest and transparent with our pricing. For this appointment, the customer originally scheduled 4 areas of carpet cleaning, which was quoted at $200. Upon arrival, the customer requested that we clean the entire house, which consisted of 8 areas. We explained that the price for 8 areas would be $400, since the number of areas had doubled from the original appointment. Unfortunately, the conversation became confrontational, and the customer directed repeated profanity and personal insults toward our technician as he was leaving. We stand by our pricing and make every effort to clearly communicate the scope and cost of our services before performing the work. We’re always happy to answer questions about pricing and make sure our customers understand exactly what they are being charged for.
