When the City main sewer backed up into our basement, the owner of Servpro (Northwest) Charlie, Richard and their team were very thorough and quick to help us remedy this problem. There is no odor and once the flooring is replaced in the basement, you will never know this happened to us. We are both very thankful for Servpro for their quick clean up, sanitation, Ozone treatment and Carpet removal.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Do not trust this company. Servpro Northwest Wichita completely ruined my king-size mattress, box springs, and bed frame during their service. Workers placed my items on wet soaked carpet. Initially, management took full responsibility for their negligence and mistake and explicitly stated they would “make it right” and compensate me by replacing it. However, they completely went back on their word. They offered to “clean it” but after sitting for nearly 3 1/2 weeks, the damage was done and mold had set in. Common sense will tell you there is no cleaning a moldy soaked mattress people. They are now refusing to buy the replacement and only offered an insulting $300 payout, claiming "depreciation" on items they destroyed. All items valued to around $2,900! Was it old? Yes. Was it still useable? YES. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that breaks its promises and leaves customers paying out-of-pocket for damages THEY caused. This disaster happened a month before I moved. So on top of the expense of buying a home I also now have to purchase a new bed, box springs and frame all because of the damage they caused! Avoid them at all costs if you value your property and honest business practices.

I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO of Northwest and Southeast Wichita. From start to finish, their team has been incredibly patient, professional, and thorough during a very stressful situation.
