SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside

Was trying to get ahold of anyone to find out about issues going on with a restoration next door to me. Servpro Santee wasn't responsible but Shannon answered the phone and did her best to help which was appreciated. If you were to use any Servpro in San Diego this is the only one that will answer the phone with great customer service.

We had Scott come out for a leaking toilet in our crawlspace. Upon inspection after the leak was repaired Scott notified us that everything looked good, he still sprayed antimicrobial spray but didn’t try pretend like there was a bunch of work that needed to be performed. It’s nice that in this day and age there’s still good guys out there that aren’t trying to take advantage.

Mike and his Team are the best! Living in Eastlake I’ve had several water issues including a flood in my entire bottom floor! it was a 4 month process ! Mike is very good with the insurance side of things which is very helpful! his team is very thorough! i appreciated them every step of the way!

After a flood in my home, they handled everything from the initial cleanup through full restoration, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Tuvimos una fuga de agua derivada de la calefacción. El agua dañó las paredes. Tuve la fortuna de llamar a SERVPRO y contactar con Mike. Mike vino casi inmediatamente, en cuanto se desocupó, a hacer una inspección y asegurarse del daño que había. Lo primero que hizo fue empatizar, ponerse en mi lugar y, después de una cuidada inspección, hacer las recomendaciones necesarias para arreglarlo de la manera más cómoda y rápida posible. Una vez decidido lo que se iba a hacer, mandaron al equipo, los cuales abrieron las paredes, precintaron el área y pusieron los sopladores para secar el área.
