After a hot water leak flooded our house, Servpro came to the rescue! Our project manager, Chris, was easy to work with and made sure everything was done to satisfaction.

This has been one of the worst experiences with any service company. The remediation (dry out) was good which is the only reason they received two stars. Everything after has been a challenge. From an estimator that has no idea how to write an estimate to actually fix the damage caused by the water AND caused by their dry out team. They ordered the wrong carpet, installed it VERY poorly and incorrectly installed the vinyl plank flooring. Now after they replaced the carpet and still installed it incorrectly, they want me to pay to fix it. They are stating that the estimate wasn’t written to actually restore my house to its original condition, but only to make it look like a cut rate, shady, inexperienced contractor did the work. Well that is exactly what you will get from this company. Avoid at all costs.

We had a sewer line replace after it flooded our basement. Called this company and requested and quote for remediation. They called and scheduled an appointment. Rep came out and reviewed our basement and told us what they would do about cleaning our basement. He told us when they went up 24" on a drywall pantry they would replace and repaint. Later he E-mailed us a quoted for all services he discussed with us. We agreed even though he was charging for emergency service charge during business hours. We never mentioned that we wanted an emergency service. They came out an started on the Thursday before July 4th. Performed the remediation and set up their fans. Then they informed us they would not be back will Monday because of the holiday. We agreed that would be fine. They kept showing up once a day telling they just wanted to check dryness. Now on the contract we agreed to said air mover no monitoring. When we felt that we could go down and look at their work we were not satisfied with their clean up. Called and told them and they came back out and refreshed. A couple of weeks later we get an invoice that was 500.00 higher than the original contract. They had doubled the costs of the air movers and charged me for monitoring which was not on the original contract. Tey also charged an emergency service which we did not ask for. I have sent back an E-mail complaining about invoice but so far are being ignored. We should have checked other customer's experiences because this seems to happen to all of them. We do not recommend these people for remediation. Oh, and we still do not have the drywall replaced, even though we were told by then rep that would be part of the remediation.

They made sure we had a safe dry home after a water incident. The mitigation was efficient and swift and the rebuild went well and was professionally done

Elizabeth at Servpro took great care of us and got our project completed quickly and professionally.<br><br>We had several construction delays that prevented Servepro from starting their work, but they kept checking in with us and were ready to start as soon as possible.
