Tyler was very professional and personable. After all the heavy rain recently, one of our outdoor plugs shorted out and disabled all the outlets in one room. He fixed the problem at a reasonable cost and got our lights and TV working. Highly recommended.

Tyler and team gave a competitive, detailed quote with clear price and scope, was responsive by phone and email. He worked seamlessly with my siding contractor to get my new exterior lights wired, and they worked together on the schedule so I didn't have to act as go-between, which made the whole process super easy. He listened to and executed my vision. I added scope after the fact, getting a heated bathroom fan involved since they were already in the attic running wire. Very quick quote update. Very happy. Would use again.

Performed work on my house as a subcontractor which included replacing two electrical panels. Never pulled permits and did not put in ground wires. Reached out to Tyler to retroactively pull permits and do the right thing and was ignored via email, text, and phone calls.
Latest update with proof since Tyler’s acts like he doesn’t know what I am talking about and we had a phone conversation yesterday morning where the contractor told him not to pull permits and he listened and still did the electrical work. I can upload the screen shots of the text messages as well.

I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to hear your concerns and better understand your experience. I know that by the time we spoke, you had already hired another electrical contractor to address the issues, and I’m sorry that I did not provide the opportunity to have that conversation sooner.
Looking back, I wish the communication surrounding this project had been better. Regardless of how the project was originally coordinated, I understand that you are the homeowner and that ultimately this experience affected your home. I can understand why you were frustrated when you were trying to get answers.

We had Tyler from Setera Electric upgrade the electrical service in our Levitt home in Bowie and had a great experience. Tyler was very friendly, showed up when he said he would, and explained everything without making it complicated. The work turned out great and everything was left clean when they were finished. You can tell he has a lot of experience with the older Levitt homes around here, which made me feel much more comfortable. Very happy with everything and would definitely use Setera again!

I'd recommend Setera for any electrical job, big or small if you want reasonable pricing, technical expertise, and good communications. Only sorry I can't take them with me as I move to Texas.
