Shocked to see so many good reviews. Tried calling 3 times to get an answer to a question, but no answer. So, I decided to go in person. Needed a simple hem lengthening for some dress pants. Arrived at 4:00pm on a Wednesday, asked for a pickup time of 3pm the next day. I even offered to pay extra to have it done ASAP, but he said he was "booked out for two weeks." Asked him for any recommendations of other shops that could help and he said "no one that will have it ready by the next day." He made it seem like my request was highly unreasonable, as if I was asking for a fully custom suit? Wouldn't have wasted my time if you answered my questions via those 3 phone call lol
Debbe's Custom Sewing down the street easily accommodated my request and only charged $42 total. Take your business there if you need last minute alterations!
Edit: snarky owner's response is further proof of how bad this business is lol. Childish tantrum? How about don't lie to people and act as if it's rocket science to change a hem length within 24hrs. "We are that good." Yeah, that explains all the 1-Star Yelp reviews, right? Why was I able to find someone else so easily? Hilarious😅 Quite literally some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.

A grown adult throwing a childish tantrum because you thought money would solve your problems, we are two weeks out for a reason, we are that good. I’m glad you found someone who will do it for $50. Bring it in early next time we charge way less. lol

Hiep The owner of the location helped me with a garment. He pointed me in the right direction as far as what to do with the garment and he went as far as laying it out for me if they can’t do the alteration, they will definitely help you with whatever you need to, do with your garments. All locations are excellent.

Unfortunately had negative experience with the shop. I took my pants to get hemmed and brought a pair of jeans as a reference. The owner took the measurements from the crotch and rather than accounting for the fact that the pair that needed to be hemmed had a longer waist area than the other pair. This resulted in the pants still being too long and nowhere near the same size as the reference. When I took them back and asked if they could redo them they simply told me that I would have to repay which I felt was unfair as I had brought a proper reference pair and they just didn’t account for it. Very disappointed overall and had to go a different store.

You either got the wrong store or wrong location. We always redo the hem at this location at no charge.

Tried to drop off pants after getting off by of work. They locked door right in front of me, said we are closed and said come back tomorrow. No line behind me, just trying to quickly drop them off. Super rude. Not interested in your business

We close at 5pm you came at 6PM one hour after we have closed, our point of sales system is already off for the evening. Plus you talked to my underaged son who was playing with his younger brother, he is not letting a stranger in without my presence, of course he’s locking the door. Leave your childish tantrum at home.

Turned us away when we asked to sew a patch on my dad's army shirt. He's a veteran and the patch would have taken 5 minutes or less. The worker was doing nothing but standing around and claimed he was 3-4 weeks booked ahead. What a joke.
