Customers consistently praise the company for punctual arrivals, clear communication, and fair pricing across services like drain cleaning, repiping, and fixture installation. Reviewers highlight the staff's professionalism, thoroughness in explaining findings, and willingness to provide detailed photos of completed work. The only notable criticism involves a single instance of a last-minute price increase on a shower fixture repair, which was partially refunded, and an unrelated complaint about unsolicited marketing messages.

Thank you, Chris! We're glad Jason and Avery could give you a thorough visual leak search in Tampa and clearly explain their findings along the way. We appreciate you trusting Sewer Studs Plumbing & Drain — please don't hesitate to call us if you need anything else.
Great communication, which I really appreciate. We had Jason, he was very professional and took care of a tricky problem. Thanks!

Thank you, Lori! Jason and Avery will be glad to hear that — good communication matters to us as much as the craftsmanship. If that tub faucet or anything else in your bathroom plumbing ever acts up, you know who to call. — Ricky, Sewer Studs
Brandon and crew are absolutely the best. Polite, conscientious and good at what they do. They diagnosed our problem and repaired it quickly. Communication was outstanding throughout and the price was fair. They also did all of the work on our flood repair following Helene. We will not hire anyone else. 10/10 the best plumbers we have ever worked with.

Thanks Linda! It's always a pleasure to serve you!
Ricky did an amazing job fixing our bathtub and toilet plumbing issues. He was professional, thorough, and very transparent throughout the entire process. Before starting any work, he carefully explained the problems, discussed what needed to be done, and confirmed the cost with me first.
I especially appreciated that he took detailed before-and-after photos of everything he repaired, so I could clearly see the work that had been completed. His communication was excellent, and he made sure I was comfortable with the repairs and the cost before proceeding.
I’m extremely happy with the quality of his work and would highly recommend Ricky to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional plumber. Excellent service from start to finish!

We just moved from Cleveland to Tampa and had some plumbing issues. I called it 6 PM. Got a call back at 6:02. And they were at our place the next day at noon right at the scheduled time.
Big shout out to the two techs that came out Brandon and David!
