cute truck with amazing food, loved our beef dog, crab cake and tacos, even the side salad and fries. owner is wonderful to talk to as well!

Fresh food. I especially love the tabbouleh. It’s packed with fresh herbs. The service is always fast and friendly. There is a tent to sit in bad weather. But it’s a parking lot, so not scenic. A good place to pick up food to go.

Had his food at an event in north jersey. One of the nicest person you can meet, and was so hospitable to my kids. My kids loved his french fries and had to go back and get seconds. Glad to know he is close by to my kids after school activities. Tried the burgers and steaks and was so good. If you haven't been to Seymours, you need to visit him for some fabulous food!

I would love to leave a 5 star review because the owner was so pleasant and clearly this is a family run business. I loved how he came out to talk to us and explain the menu and pump up everything on it. When we were there, there were no other customers. No lines. No room for error. We asked for specific things, asked specific questions and felt we were going to be taken care of. Specifically the Lobster Roll. Was is hot, was it butter based NO MAYO. Yes!! He said. I have families from Long Island who drive here once a week for it!! Please, no peppers or jalapeños in the quesadillas. Of course!! Not problem. Please no onions in the Tacos. You got it!! Also please no onions on the cheese steak! No problem!! Lovely family business. Maybe they had an off day but none of our orders were right. Had we stayed in there on the premise tent, every item we ordered would have gone back. We made the mistake of saying it was to go and every item was not made to order. The quality of the food was good, but not edible as it was not to order. $29.99 lobster roll. Where was the Lobster? Small portion and what was the MAYO aoli sauce? We specifically asked if it was butter only and you said YES! You put peppers and jalapeños in both quesadillas when we asked you not too!! And there were onions in the tacos when we told you no onions. When we got home we tried to salvage what we could but most of the $100 we spent at your food truck ended up in the trash as we could not eat it ……. Mayo, peppers, jalapeños onions. The quac was funky too. I hate to leave bad reviews but, I feel like you could do better since we clearly were your only customers that day. Willing to give you another chance since it looks like you are a small family business but I do feel like we said it was to go that you just didn’t care.
First, I do apologize for everything not being to your liking. I take full responsibility for it all. But a point of correction if I may. I did clarify Arugula and my custom made sauce for the Lobster Roll, it was confirmed. I also was only asked to not put Jalapeños on the quesadillas, which I did leave off. I dont recall being asked to not put sweet peppers on the quesadillas. If I missed those instructions. I apologize. I would like to offer free quesadillas to you and your lovely family. I can't offer a free Lobster Roll because it was confirmed PRIOR that both Arugula and our custom-made sauce was OK for the roll. Sincere apologies and I appreciate the honest feedback
