Heriberto was exceptional at my washer and dryer repair, he inspected everything replaced/cleaned what needed to be done & went out of his way to drop off a hose I needed for the washer next day. Can’t thank enough!

Heriberto was so friendly and quick to help in repairing my dryer. He had to orders some items for my dryer and upon receiving the items he was quick to come back to repair the dryer. He saved me a lot of money from having to purchase a new dryer.

We were very happy with the service we received. He communicated clearly throughout the process, arrived when promised, and made a genuine effort to save us some money before moving forward with the more expensive repair. Unfortunately, the less costly option didn’t work out, but we appreciated that he tried. Most importantly, he got our Viking range working again. We would absolutely recommend him.

All Eddie's 5 star reviews are well earned! When my 28 year old frigidaire stopped working I was sad. They don't make them like they used to and I did not want to pay $1500 for a new one that won't last 7 years let alone 28 years. I called Eddie and he came out the very same day. Not only did he replace the broken parts but at my request also replaced anything else that might be on it's last leg due to it's age..just to save the cost of another trip and repair later. It was obvious he wanted to do what was best for me and my pocket-book and wasn't one of those people looking to milk every customer for as much $ as possible. Eddie seems to be an honest trustworthy person, is very friendly and personable and I am extremely satisfied with his work and the repair. If your freezer stops working he's definitely the guy in Salem to call if you want a fast, inexpensive and quality repair! My 28 year old fridge/freezer is working perfectly again..hopefully for many more years!

Hands-down, I wouldn’t call any other place! My husband and I are both teachers and he worked around our schedule and still was able to come out the next day. He did have to order a part for our Refrigeratorand then came back the following day to repair it. He was very polite, explained everything well, prices were good and he fixed our problem. Highly recommend.
