The facilities and staff are wonderful. You don’t even have to get out of your car, just pull up and a staff member will come out to get your dog. Everything is done online. You register your pet, send in vaccination records, schedule your appointment and show up! They even send you photos of your dog’s visit and a report card for the day. Thanks

Shady Acres has been so accommodating in scheduling. My doggy looks happy when I pick him up! I'm happy I discovered them. The only item I would suggest...I would like an automaticReport Card on my pet. They do provide information if you ask or text them.
