A group of us decided to get fencing and we reached out to various fence companies to quote pricing for fences. Shamrock was actually not one l on the initial list. My husband found them and reached out. We added them to the bunch. They were the only company that offered to do all of the paperwork as well as the install and quoted a great price. When they came, they were very personable and shared a lot of insight.
The process did take quite a long time, but that l wasn’t on their part. It included HOA approvals and the county permits. I would say that they could do a little bit of a better job just communicating updates . Members of the group had to reach out to them multiple times to figure out what was going on. When they came they did an excellent job and there were a few things that I had concerns about and they actually came back out and addressed my concerns and I’m happy with the product. We were able to get a great warranty and a good contract and good price. I would definitely recommend them.

Shamrock was easy to work with and able to adjust plans as required per our HOA. Once approval from our HOA was received they were out there in about 7-10 days to install the fence which was super fast. Great quality and we’re able to do the whole fence in one day. Only reason they didn’t receive a 5 star review was due to all the metal shavings and leftover scrapes in our yard. With 2 dogs, and 1 of them being a puppy we have to worry about one of them eating or stepping on hidden materials in the ground. Other than that, Taylor and the crew that worked with us were very nice and extremely communicative with us throughout the process.

We hired Shamrock to install several fences around our backyard . The crew finished all of them in just 3days, which was faster than we expected for a job this size, and they stuck to the schedule they gave us from the start.
Our yard isn't level, and that didn't slow them down one bit. They worked with the slope so the fence lines look clean and even, with no awkward gaps at the bottom. Near the easement, they thoughtfully set up the fence so the area stays accessible for future use, something we really appreciate.
The workers were good and clearly skilled. Every post is solid, the lines are straight and the gates open and close smoothly.
The materials are excellent quality. The aluminum fence looks great and feels sturdy enough hope it should last for years.

Update - Jay stopped by and had his crew come back out to finish the fencing around the drainage. Appreciate the quick response and ability to get it fixed.
Very disappointing experience. This was a 7-home neighborhood fence project, and communication was extremely poor from start to finish. It took nearly 3 months to get HOA/Permits, and we were rarely contacted directly. We often had to get updates from the neighbors including the actual installation date/time.
On installation day, they never reviewed the plan with us (with map in hand). The fence was installed differently than the original plan, creating a significant drainage/safety issue entirely within our yard. It was only flagged to us after they had already started installation. The path they selected ensured it was aligned and "pretty" across all 7 houses. We were told if we wanted to fix it, it would cost more ,but they wouldn't charge us a "new business" rate. We also questioned why the fence extended much farther forward on one side of our house and was told "don't worry, you got a free fence."
We also found nails left behind, and they invoiced the full amount without accounting for the 50% deposit.
The lack of communication, attention to detail, and accountability was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Shamrock, particularly for projects involving multiple homeowners.
Shamrock Fence did an exceptional job on our project and were a pleasure to work with from the first call. They worked with us to design our fence and provided a quote quickly. They were very responsive throughout the process. The fencing crew were impressive and clearly skilled. They were professional, finished our project in one day, did a high quality job, and left the worksite clean. We are very happy with our new fence and I’d highly recommend Shamrock Fence if you’re looking for a reliable and professional company.

Dod excellent work and faster than promised. Also when something damaged the fence he came out immediately to repair it without any questions or hesitate. The only place I will go for my fencing needs!!!
