Very disappointing experience. It has been extremely difficult to reach the lawyer, even by email. When calling, the person answering the phone is rude and has an attitude for no reason. We pay for a professional service and expect basic respect. The people answering the phones should be properly trained because they are the first impression of the business. We’re not trying to be friends—we simply expect them to do their job professionally.
I called to inquire about their service and never received a call back. Lady that answered my call could not give me a time frame to wait for a call back nor did she have a knowledge of their call back process.
Hello Carolina - I apologize that you called my office and were not able to receive a sufficient response. I don't show a record of someone by your name calling my office, but if you use the inquiry form on my website your inquiry will come directly to me. With the current immigration crisis, I am receiving a large number of calls. I'm happy to schedule a free intake consultation with you to review your issues or refer you to a colleague who handles your type of case if you wish to contact me again. My receptionist does give a message that I only accept a few types of immigration cases at this time and may not contact you if your case does not meet my criteria. I do this because I directly return calls and speak to clients initially for a free brief intake. Hence, I am much more selective about the cases I accept. Thank you for your feedback, and I will review call procedures with my receptionist.
If it were possible, Laura deserves way more than a 5 star rating, her kindness, dedication, knowledge of immigration law and the time given to ensure her clients applications are thorough and successfully completed. I was referred to Laura by a friend, who stated that I would not find a better attorney. She was right!! Even if you have to travel out of town to meet this incredible lady, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. Laura is very patient with nervous clients like myself and would always respond to my emails as soon as it was possible , to answer questions and concerns I had, as well as giving the reassurance I needed. Laura thank you again for everything! You are truly amazing.
Laura is the most amazing immigration attorney to work with, by far the best experience we've had yet (and unfortunately we've had several bad ones). She's professional, efficient, and communicates well. We had a pretty complicated history and background and Laura helped us over-prepare, making sure we were ready for any situation. That resulted in the smoothest process ever with USCIS. I cannot recommend Laura enough for any legal assistance within her portfolio.

I dont know how to express my big thanks to Laura. She is the best lawyer that I and all of my friends have ever known. Laura helped me to win an immigration appeal which the other lawyers in Indi confirmed is hopeless to win. I filed the case by myself at the begining. The 3-hours interview wasnt good at all with a rude officer and languague barrier. As a result, I received a NOID. At that point, after considering many choices, I hired Laura to response the NOID but Covid totally screwed up everything with mail lost . Finally, I received a decision that USCIS rejected my case. We immidiately filed EOIR-29 and its awsome that we won it. I received my 10-years green card 3 weeks ago. Until now, Im still cant believedy dream is come true. All the best for you, Laura.
