Sheree Knoll - Realtor

Very professional and gave ideas to present house for a quick sale. Had multiple offers above list price and sold within 2 days of listing. Would highly recommend.

Sheree is an amazing woman and goes over and beyond to make her clients get what they want and need. I would and do recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

Sheree was amazing and supportive throughout the entire process of selling my home!

I highly recommend Sheree as a realtor. It was our first time selling a home in the current market. She navigated and guided us every step of the way. Even for items outside of what a realtor is required or expected to handle. She definitely out performed our expectations. No doubt who will oversee any future home sales.

Sheree was incredibly helpful in guiding me through my purchase. She answered all my questions and gave sound advice when I needed it. I will recommend Sheree to anyone looking to purchase their forever home!

Sheree was absolutely amazing to work with! She was always available for questions and did not hesitate to take us to look at any houses we found in a timely fashion! She made buying our first home a breeze and made sure we found everything we were looking for!

It may have took us 2 years to find the perfect home but Sheree was patient and understanding with our house hunting journey!! 10000% recommend!!

There are so many fantastic things my husband and I could say about Sheree! She's very hard working and on the ball with everything. She'll go above and beyond to help you find a home you'll love. With us being first time home buyers, it was a very intimidating experience, but Sheree was there every step of the way. She answered every one of my questions promptly and was always a phone call/ Text away. She loves what she does and it truly shows! Can't thank her enough fot everything ❤️

Sheree was very pleasant and patient with us. She stayed on top of all the new listings that came on the market until she found us our home. We would recommend Sheree for all your housing needs

Sheree is the best realtor ever! She worked harder for me and works harder for all her clients than any other realtor I know, and I have bought and sold many times and have many realtor friends and acquaintances. She kept me calm and positive when I would have been very upset and down. She is amazing and FULLY trustworthy! And I put in the other pictures because she painted much of those rooms and even helped the township/ county dig sewer percolation test holes!! Above and beyond!
