Christopher Jones has been servicing my home for many years and has always been responsive to any of my questions and requests. He is reliable, as well as courteous.

We've been using Shield for years and years and recommend them without hesitation. Brandon and Phil are wonderful. Always kind, communicative, and thorough.

When I heard that my former exterminator of 10+ years Chris, was no longer with Shield Pest Control, I was concerned about the service but decided to give the next tech a try. I’m so glad I did because Michael Greene was amazing. Super friendly, explaining the process in detail and asked about any areas of concerns…

Called Christian, and he came out quickly and inspected my scrubs and ID the pest as moths; he took a phone pic to a supervisior who agreed, then treated the area and did not charge me becaude he was recently at my home..

Brandon was here today, and he did an excellent job. He is an outstanding technician—very thorough, attentive, and professional. He covered the entire area carefully and ensured everything was handled properly. I highly recommend Brandon to any business that uses Shield as their pest control company. Great service…
