Reviewers frequently cite the thoroughness, speed, and professional demeanor of the technicians when handling pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and patio sealing services. Many customers note that the pricing is reasonable and appreciate the clear communication, including photos of completed work. However, a minority of negative reviews highlight issues with missed appointments, aggressive door-to-door solicitation, and instances where the final results did not meet expectations or required follow-up work.

Scheduled a free estimate, which had its own challenges. After confirming the appointment twice, no one showed up and I didn’t hear from them until after waiting for over an hour, only to be told no one is coming and can I send pictures. Complete waste of time and not the way a small business should operate. I told them to take me off their marketing list.

We're sorry about this experience. Missing a confirmed appointment and leaving you waiting is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we understand how frustrating that was. Thank you for letting us know. We've shared this with our team so it doesn't happen again. If you'd ever like to talk it through, please call us at (704) 879-3075.
