Shingle Pro Roofing recently performed a complete re-roof of my home. Such a project is daunting, to say the least, as it is inherently messy and invasive. Shingle Pro handled all aspects of the job with expertise and superb customer service. Specifically: --all aspects of the project were explained in detail when…
Can I give more stars? Excellent and professional company to deal with! Jason took time to explain how he does roofs and showed me samples of the materials he uses that are thicker and better made than the usual materials many roofers use. He had a printed quote for us the same day he came to measure the roof.…
I highly recommend this group of professionals. They completed our home and garage in about 5 days and left the site cleaner than when they started. They use the best products and processes in the industry . Our roof looks so good that now we have to replace the siding to match the perfect roof! Give Jason’s team a call, you can thank me later!
I highly recommend Shingle Pro. Jason, Kim, Joey, Camilo and the entire crew are top notch. Jason was upfront and honest and extremely knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to help get our insurance claim straightened out (wind damage) even speaking with our agent and claims adjustor. Roof installation went…
Jason (the owner) and his crew were awesome to work with. Jason worked closely with me and my insurance company to get my roof reshingled, (wind damage). They are not the least expensive roofing company but their quality and work ethic is unrivalled. I contracted and built my own home almost thirty years ago, so I…
We really dreaded getting a new roof. Jason made it super easy and took the time to actually sit down with us and went through everything with us which made the deciding easy. The workmanship was above and beyond and he kept true to his word throughout the whole process. The crew was amazing and their attention to…
We went with shingle pro after we had 5 different companies come out and appraise because Jason was honest and his Attention to detail was outstanding. The product speaks for itself and the workmanship was beyond our expectations. They handled our insurance nightmare with professionalism and in a timely manner. Kim…
Jason and everyone at Shingle Pro were great. I'm a landlord that live out-of-state and they couldn't have made it easier an for me. Jason called me after work hours to go over his very detailed quote and made sure I understood everything they would do. He went to my house and took pictures with different colored…
I had an outstanding experience start to finish with Shingle Pro Roofing, who just did a full tear off and roof replacement for my house and garage. Jason was able to get out to my house within days of my call to do an in-person inspection before he gave me his bid. He took extra time to explain what he was seeing…
Jason and Kim were responsive and easy to work with from day one. His crew, led by Miguel, were detail oriented, respectful, and the final product turned out fantastic. Jason has an incredible resume and his depth of knowledge is unparalleled. Highly encourage anyone to give them a call.
Very professional. All work was completed as discussed. No surprises. Camilo and his crew worked very hard! They were prompt, courteous and happy to answer all my questions and show me what they were working on. They cleaned up at the end of each day such that you couldn’t tell that they had been there.
Absolutely top-tier, professional service all the way from the initial bid process through the end of project. We had full roof and gutter replaced on our mid-century ranch home (which necessitated removing not only the original shake shingles but three additional layers of asphalt). Jason, Kim, and the crew were…
Every person I interacted with at Shingle Pro was courteous and professional. They make the whole process pretty easy on the customer. You can tell they've been doing this for a long time. I'd recommend Shingle Pro to anyone.
From first contact to clean up the service was exceptional and my new roof and gutters look better than ever! Kim, Jason, Joe, and Jorge’s crew answered all questions throughout the whole process and you could see and feel their pride in the work they did! I would use again anyday 😊
Jason, Kim, and the crew were amazing! From the beginning, Jason was extremely helpful and took the time to explain in detail what to expect. His experience and expertise were a huge benefit, especially working with my home owner’s insurance. Kim was awesome as she provided frequent updates to keep me up to date…
I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. Face it, looks are fleeting, what really counts is the quality of the materials and craftsmanship required to complete a truly outstanding roof. Certainteed shingles are the highest rated and their warranty exceeds all others. Shingle Pro certified installers take…
I really appreciated the professionalism, and communication between the team. Jason was helpful and explained what to expect with the job as far as time frame, and assisted with picking colors with shingles. He gave the final inspection personally. He made communication with neighbors. Kim was awesome at organizing…
A very professional service. Attentive to details with an installation team that was very careful and highly skilled. The commitment of the company and its owner to the best possible roof was apparent throughout. Recommend without reservation.
This is the second time in the past 5 years I've worked with Jason at Shinglepro and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. We waited a couple of months to have their crew replace our roof because I knew the qaulity these guys put in and the roof is an area I only trust to the best. Miguel was the lead and they…
The Professional Roofing Company and the Superb Quality Roofing Company. From the beginning, starting with the Roof Inspection, Shingle Pro was above the rest. I had 3 other Roofing Companies come take a look at my home before Shingle Pro and I didn't call any others after Shingle Pro. Each company before Shingle…
Our roof was a mess. We had tar leaking out from under our shingles and dripping down our fascia. This was not a simple "tear off and re-roof." Jason provided awesome personal service. He came out at every step of the process. The crew was personable and provided great clean-up every day. They showed up on time…
After getting bids from nearly 10 different roofing companies, Shingle Pro's bid was one of the most competitive. Additionally, we were impressed with Jason's knowledge, experience, and honesty. The office staff was great at keeping up updated on the status of our install. When the install began, the crew ran into…
Could not recommend more highly; 5+ stars!! The entire ShinglePro team has incredible integrity and is highly communicative and professional throughout the entire process. From the initial consult, through the work being done, to the final walk-through, I knew we were in exceptional hands. Jason’s experience and…
In our research for a roofing company, we came across Shingle Pro Roofing and read their suggestions on selecting a roofing contractor. We searched several sites and talked to other roofing companies. Jason was very professional and honest at our first meeting. He supplied us with documentation of proper…
Shingle Pro replaced our worn down asphalt shingles and improved our attic venting. Some installers layer the new shingles on top of the old ones. Not these guys. They removed the old shingles and replaced portions of the plywood deck as needed. They use high quality materials, and go above and beyond the standard…
We had a roof that was installed very poorly a number of years ago (by a terrible contractor) that needed to be replaced. Shingle Pro Roofing was upfront and honest about everything. They are professional from the start, during the installation process, and at the end. They cleaned up at the end of every day and…
The crew was awesome & did a extremely great clean up job. Our roof looks amazing. We are sooooo happy we chose Shingle Pro Roofing.
These guys were great. Very punctual, worked hard fast and put in what looks to be a top notch roof. I really liked how they cleaned up after each day and am confident that if any issues arise they'll address right away.
We highly recommend this roofing company. Jason (the owner) and his team of roofers were very professional. After we set up the contract, the owner regularly communicated about the expected start date and things went as scheduled. The roofers were such hard workers - on time, communicative, worked hard then…
I am very pleased with my new roof from Shingle Pro Roofing. I appreciated Jason’s thoroughness and attention to detail. The whole team was very professional and great with communication. Highly recommend.
We had received proposals from 3 or 4 other companies on our project before a friend referred us to Jason at Shingle Pro. When we bought the home a year ago, an inspection revealed that the existing roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles over cedar shakes) would need to be replaced in 1 or 2 years. Jason's proposal…
Whether you are looking for the best pricing, best quality or most friendly staff -- Shingle Pro Roofing delivers. I strongly recommend Jason and his staff at Shingle Pro Roofing; my end-2-end experience, from receiving a quote to roof installation and cleanup, was 100% quality, the best pricing, and a responsive…
I would absolutely recommend Shingle Pro Roofing. Jason and his team were incredibly professional, built a very high quality roof and were more than willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend using this company for any and all roofing needs. You will not be disappointed.
Excellent work. Very professional. Communicated well throughout the process. On schedule. Highly recommend Jason and team.
Jason and Kim were great to work with. You can tell that they really care that we had a good experience. The roof looks amazing! It made a huge difference in our home. I feel that they have thought everything through to not only take care of their customer but also their employees. I love that they provide you…
Shingle Pro replaced our roof, drip edges, flashing and gutters, all badly in need of replacement. I can't say enough positive about our experience. We received bids from three companies and, while the others would have been fine, Shingle Pro was the most responsive and personal. Jason (owner) met with us first…
